Compliance Policy

It is the strong policy of STERRE HEALTH that its directors, managers, employees and business partners conduct themselves always in compliance with applicable laws. STERRE shall manage its business responsibly in compliance with the statutory and regulatory requirements of the countries within which it operates. Commitment to corporate compliance is a mainstay and Sterre will forgo any business transactions that would violate our compliance principles.
As evidence of our commitment, the Company has implemented corporate standards and requirements (Compliance Program) that are consistent with that obligation and are specific to the Company’s operations and the evolving business and regulatory environment.

All U.S. employees must annually acknowledge their responsibility and commitment to conduct the Company’s business consistent with these standards and to report to management, Human Resources, Legal, or the North America Compliance Officer or Department knowledge of any violation of these standards. An employee who violates these standards will be subject to appropriate disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment. The Company Code expressly prohibits retaliation or retribution against any employee for making any good faith report of suspected misconduct or improper behavior.

Marketing Code of Conduct:

All marketing and sales activities performed by STERRE HEALTH, its directors, managers, employees shall benefit patients, enhance the practice of medicine and not interfere with the independent judgment of health care professionals; no employee or agent shall knowingly or willfully violate the marketing code of conduct. This Code expressly prohibits retaliation or retribution against any employee for making any good faith report of suspected misconduct or improper behavior.
